Does PEP make a standard travel rear shock that fits on the 04 450r with the stock swingarm at GT Thunder link???

Well I know they do make a a shock for standard travel swingarms, stock included. But I think the only linkage they use is either stock or the Baldwin (BMS) linkage.

Correct. For a stock link you want to run a PEP dual rate, and with the BMS you want to run the single rate. Either one is awesome, both ride just about the same. We have had both setups on bikes and they all rode well.

Is this shock going to perform to it's full potential on a stock swingarm?

The shock will be built to what you have, and you. Its not the other way around. So yes the shock will work the best, with all the things that you tell Wayne or Mark when you order the shock.

So then it would be possible to pick up a used shock and have it valved accordingly to my weight, linkage, and riding style then right?

Yes, but it may get expesnive depending on what all needs to be changed.

Good point, i'd probably be better off just ordering a new one. Anyone know the wait on a PEP shock these days?
