long travel and elka conversion

I was wanting some opinions on long travel. I have talked to a few people who say it is awesome, but I was just wanting to hear from some other people who are running it. Also does anyone know if triple rate elkas can be converted to quadrate for the long travel front end?

i'm sure they can be converted, but you would need a new shaft and a new body, i bet you owuld be better off selling the shokcs you have and buying new ones.

LT is really nice. ive ridden some std. travel blasters, and they dont compare to my LT set up.
