rod length differences?

okay so i might be getting an 87-89 crank for my 86 so i was just wondering how much longer is it? because i'll be needing to buy a spacer plate and i'm not sure what size to get.

130,3 mm vs 125,3 mm center to center of the pin bore

You'll need a 5mm spacer plate in order to run the 87-89 long rod with 86 piston.

that's the exact answer i was looking for, thank you. i found a 5mm spacer on ebay i think i'm going to get.

what companies make spacer plates? cheap ones, not no billet 100 dollar crap that i don't need

I know ESR sells the 5mm spacer plate for $40 with the extended studs needed for the spacer.
