88 or 89 250R frame

I just got a 88 250R today and come to find out the frame has been repaired beyond belief. Chicken $&*^ welds everywhere!!!

I need a new 88-89 TRX250R frame complete with bill of sale, or proof of ownership if your state does not title atv's. If it has been repaired please provide complete pictures.

I am a welder/welding instructor and will know the difference!!! Thus why I need a new frame.

If your state does not title frames and you can provide a bill of sale that will work also. California title all bikes so I was requesting a title. I know that many states do not title atv's unless they are financed by a bank, even then sometimes they don't. I have one here with a title that I can morph in the top plate.

How much are you looking to spend? Cause a good 88/89 frame that has never been welded on will run upwards of $600

Most have been welded on and could run around $400.

XCbob on ebay has one for $575 - it's been for sale for a while and I'm sure you could get him down a bit.

I just sent him a e-mail to see. I have some $$ to spend but I also have alot of noce parts... IE ATC 250r ESR TRX5 pipe and silencer like new, Airstyker carb, Vortex reed cage assembly and spacer... Willing to trade in on a good frame or sell outright to get the money up to buy a frame.
