Whats everyones opinion on the best full system exhaust for a 06 450R. I ride motocorss and I dont want to spend a lot

Your going to spend a lot with a new bike. I would say the best way to go (as I did) is to buy the HRC kit for your quad, as that comes with a header pipe that flows really good, then thats all you have to do is buy a slip on (like an HMF I think goes for like 220.00. The HRC Kit is like 350.00 For like 600 bucks, you could really have a ripper.

Ive used the rossier on 06's and in very happy with the fit and finish. I also did alot of other things at the same time. I dont know how much of a power gain just the exhaust gave.

I like the smaller companies .

well, i had a curtis sparks last year and loved it until i got a BIG GUN. The BIG GUN EVO has a nice hard pull from bottom and thru the mid range with a stock motor. And at the same time its not too loud, i can pass sound checks everytime at any race and thats without the quiet core and spark arrestor that comes with it.

i agree. i did the same thing but i went with a white brothers mx-4 slipon for mx. the setup works great.
