I went from electric on my 400 to kick on my 450r and i actually kinda like the kick start. Especially since you can kick it sitting down !

i got an electric and love it , no problems at all and on the electrice if you want a kick, you can add it on later

I have an e-start and also love it. When you get it though the idle is turned down a little to far on the ones I've seen. Turn the idle up a little and no more stalling. And only 6 pounds difference. Unless you race mx I would go e-start. It really comes in handy on dead start races.

Its way to slow for dead start races :(

I can barely breathe on my start button and it fires right up.

e- start is the greatest thing ever made, kick starts are getting out dated. im lazy as well. my banshee killed my leg after all these years.

I have the 06 kicker and I prefer it to the e-start. If you want a 06 kicker you better hurry, because there are not many left!

Yeah you better hurry. I wanted a kicker at first, but my dealer said it would be about a 6 week wait. Thats why I got the e-start. Good luck finding one.

I have the Electric and like it, but it could be better. Mine starts fine except for when it's really hot or stalls. It took forever to restart in my XC race the other weekend. I will be calling Baldwin again to see if he got a Hot start setup figured out for it.

I love my e-start
It can be started sitting down, standing up, even laying back like a chase lounger !!!
If your going to race with dead starts wait on the kicker, If your going to ride for fun with the occasional race and blow your friends away then get the e-start.
either way give yourself a "self high-five"

dude your getting a 450R !!!:muscle:

06 kickstart. id say the kickstart is more reliable then a estart any day. theres only about 3 pieces that can mess a kickstart up and an estart has A LOT!
