axle carrier goin out?

OK, i think my axle carrier is goin out, but im not sure. How can you tell. thier is some racket goin on in my rear end, some popping and cracking, let me know ehat you guys think.

if you have a stand or anything to get the quad off the ground see if you can move teh axle up adn down or what not back and forth ect. if it moves you need to replace the carrier bearings if you havent caused and damage to teh carrier itself
