Well I know that you can sandpaper it with water (the similar way you do with aluminium parts) but how can you make it shine again?

I've used turtle wax polishing compound. It worked pretty good. It got some of the scartches out, and after that i used some amorall wipes. Seems the armorall wipes keep the plastic from dulling & drying out. wd40 & baby oil work great too.

well i used to race XC and ive tried everthing.what worked best for me was put mop & glow in a spray bottle.looks really good and half the clean up time when your done riding.

armoral wipes will work for a while but dust sticks to it like no other. (dont put on your seat.)

true so true dont use it on the seat, it looks good but not functional.
