Race Town sits out in the middle of the desert off of High Way 395, its location makes it a great place to have desert races, because there are hundreds of acres that can be used.

Because there is so much land that can be used, it benefited those who designed the six mile course.

Eichner is shown here, and this is pretty much what the entire course looked like.

But the dirt was very soft, and was quick to rut up. As Phil Dampier shows us here.

This was the newest obstacle that WORCS will now be adding to the PRO race. It is called the Log Obstacle, which does not need further explanation.

It was Doug Eichner off with a quick lead, grabbing the holeshot for the first moto.

quadchick01

Eichner was in the lead for the first lap, and was hoping it would stay that way, so he would be able to get his second win of the series.

quadchick01
04-27-2006, 06:48 PM
But Josh Frederick was not going to give Eichner any room.

Here is both Keith Taylor's and Phil Dampier's pit crew, lets hope all they need is gas, because i'm sure neither of the women would be able to fix a spun hub.

quadchick01

I am not sure if his technique caused this to happen or not.

Eichner was quick to load up and head back down to Glen Helen to try his luck in the second moto of the White Brothers 4-Stroke National.

Unfortunately he did not make it in time. Eichner who took fourth in the first moto at White Brothers, sure had a hard time knowing that he missed the second moto. After driving very fast from race town to Glen Helen to try and make it.
