DMC Exaust on a 400ex

I was wondering if anyboy used the DMC exaust setup on their 400ex. If so, is the power gain good? is it worth the price? I have a stock 400ex which I plan to modify in the future. I ride mostly trails, so low end is very important to me. Is this a good pipe for me? Thanks:confused:

I don't know about DMC quality...but a couple weeks ago I rode with a 400 in Pismo that had the DMC exhaust and it is LOUD. I never rode it though so i don't know about hp increases.

I bought my 400ex used with a DMC full exhaust already installed. I don't have any experience with other pipes or the stocker for that matter. I do like the sound and the power through-out the powerband. Seems good all over...

My friend had a stock 400ex and then put a DMC with header and its pretty loud but he said there was a really good power gain

its about as loud as a T-4

My friends got one and I dont like the sound of it too much, I like the sound of the FMF's and Procircuits much better. As for power wise it was alright but it seemed I could pull wheelies much easier on my cuzins 400 with a T-4 on there....

If you want low end...get an FmF megamxx or WB e-series..just my opinion though

Get na E-series for low end to mid range power
