400ex gt-thunder rear linkage

has anyone else running a stock 400ex rear shock re-srprung and valved by gt-thunder broken their air box due to the increased travel?

Not mine.... Do you have a stock airbox or aftermarket ?

Mine has NOT broken and I've been running the GTThunder rebuild and link all spring!

try adjusting the compression up a little bit if its busting your air box.

If you completly remove all your shocks, and set the quad on a flat 2x4 nothing should be touching the airbox.

I dont know if i jumped it to hard or what but i have three really big cracks in the bottom of my air box, and the only thing i can imagine tat broke it was the dog bone mount on the top of the swing arm. thanks for all of your replies too

give laz a call . he can go over everything and tell you right where the problem is .
