swing arm pivot bolt

we cut the swing arm pivot bolt on my fourwheeler but we still can't get it out. what should we do now?

They can be a real mother. I drilled a hole in my as deep as I could from both ends and then put heat to it. Before I did that I tried everything. When you buy a new pivot bolt there is a aftermarket one that is stronger and has some zinc coating or something to help prevent it from seizing. Its cost about $65 or somewhere around there. what happens if u never take it out? my 400 is a 99 and i doubt the previous owner ever lubed it....and i havent

so could u walk me through that. and will it work even though the bolt is cut.
