ok guys stupid question but i know i have heard of many people putting a rear 350x shock on a 300ex to get the resivoir and compression adjustability and all that for less $$$ but i got my 350x shock right here and it doesnt look like it fits!
the nottom connection where it bolts to the swing arm isnt wide enough to go on the out side of the brackets and its not skinny enough to go on the inside of the brackets
do you have to modify something??
has anyone done this before on here
telll me about it

All you need is 2 spacers to fill the gap where the swingarm mounts to the frame, a 350x swingarm(bare) and a 350x sock. Everything else will swap over from your 300 rear end.
Don't waste your time though.
The ride becomes so stiff that it hurts to ride. The 350X shock has a super strong spring and a really short travel. On the 3 wheeler the angle of the shock is different which makes a big difference in feel. Your stock shock will ride better.
I am trying to locate a rear Raptor shock from an 01. They will bolt right on.
