got alot of stuff today.. UPs brought 3 packages :D

well today i got 3 packages from UPS. Got my a arms (dont have pics cuz i sent the right out to be pc'd.) new chain, stabilizer (which still needs to be adjusted) and all NEW gear .. my boots are in my trailer (which are not brand new)..
heres some pics.. i should have my a arms back from pc next tuesday or so.. and shocks next week alont with the axel and brake lines.. then i AM DONE! lol :clap:

its just my way of thinking but you didnt even know if u had to take the ring off of a beadlock to put the tire on, seems to me u dont deserve the parts, because u dont even know what they do or how they work!

wow wtf dude im sick and tired of hearing this on the site if the kid is 14 and he puts 1000 dollars towrds it !! his parent might look at him and think wow your really serious about this maybe we can help you out with a couple of things or go 50/50 with you. what would you say if your parents said hears 7000$ go buy a brand new 450 O and hears another 5000$ to mod the hell out of it what would you say, hell i wouldnt even think twice. If the kid was on here bragging about his quad and all the chit hes got on it then it will be a whole different story.

By the way that quad is coming along sick i cant wait to see you over at chatsworth theyre really starting to improve and update things over there.good luck with the rest of the rebuild

no i got it from my cousin and he knew i couldnt afford a brand new yfz.. and he didnt want it anymore ... (he has like 10 quads ..and 5 d bikes.. ) so he sold it to me for 900. and all it needed was a sprak plug/battery/and a lil tune up..

You got some pics of the project so far? It sounds like it's gonna be sick when it's done. And you guys need to stop ragging on the kid for his parents buying most of his stuff. They have an interest in thier son's hobbies and take an active roll in it buy helping him buy parts for the quad. And in 2 years when he is old enough to race I bet they will be driving him to the races and watching him race.

I have a hard time believing the way some people responded to this thread. Anyone who bashes a kid for trying to get into riding is a chump, no matter where he got the bike. I got my first dirtbike at 11 and I didn't work a job at that age so you can guess who got me the bike. No, my family isn't rich. Now are you going to say an 11 year old shouldn't ride because I couldn't rebuild the motor?
I hope this kid get's his bike going and ignores the truly immature people on this thread. Anyone who comes out with negative comments like I have read belong more outside an elementary school with children of their own maturity level then on a forum where mature people have discussions, debates and conversations.
That being said, props on coming up with a grand. Not easy to save that much money when your young, shows responsibility. I hope you enjoy your quad, sounds like you deserve it.
