What kind of tires for XC?

I am running HD's all the way around right now.

Getting ITP GNCC's for the 'normal' races running the HD's in the mud and then getting some XCT's for rocky races.

Kenda Knarly XC rears with Klaws up front, in june ill be running there new line of sticky tires.

Its a new compound. They kinda like the I-Razr's. GREAT traction, but wear out very quickly. They're designed for the racer thats looking for an edge and isn't concerned about going through tires often to get it. Too rich for my blood though. The standard Klaw/Knarly's will do just fine for me. ;)

That's the best combo I've ridden so far. I'm going to try HD rears and GNCC's up front and see how that works out:macho

Has anyone ridden the ITP GNCC's yet? The design looks like it would work pretty well and I really like how the rears look. I wonder if they will last as long as my Razr2's or if they will wear out fast?

I love my mudlights 22 inchers they slide very pedickable. they have been wearing very!!! well with about 4-5 pounds there great. no rim locks yet and ther still on there no flats even there is a pit that I ride in that has alot of sharp rocks in it to. :D Anyway just my 2 cents.:D

I have, and Holy Crap!!! The GNCC rear tires hook like a chain and sprocket! I never thought I would find a tire that hooks better than the stock 450r rears or 501's. These are serious! I like them better than my XCR's, and I loved them!!
