I'm looking to get a new game for the ps2 or computer and I haven't played anything but San Andreas since last summer and I can't remember what any other games are like. What is the best shooting/fighting/stragedy games for ps2 that is the game type like Socom, Call of Duty, and Ghost Recon. And what is the best computer game that is playable online? Don't say Halo or GTA because everyone knows those are goods games.

Call of Duty 2, Battlefield 2:Modern Combat, Tom Clany's Ghost Recon:Advanced War Fighter.

Any call of duty is pretty good, any rainbow six's, pretty much any game... For CP I used to always play like Age of Empires, it was actually pretty cool..

All socom games are great, but they piss me off because it takes a full clip to down an enemy. They also react very quickly after being shot with a huge bullet :rolleyes: . The cool thing about headshots is that while it is 1-shot kill, you can also kill two people with one bullet if you line up the two heads :devil: . I'm playing Need For Speed Underground 2 and it's great. Starwars: Battlefront 2 is a great game also. True crime: streets of New York is also a great game. Take your pick: racing, shooting, starwars (being the jedi's are fun).

ive been playing counter-strike on PC for about 7 years now. never gets old for me. its the only game ive played in a long time and I have an xbox 360 and refuse to buy games untill they drop to $50 or below

I'd like to try the game "Black" for PS2. It's supposed to be the halo for PS2. Looks good :D

its ok..buts its really hard so it gets boring..
