Hey pappy,
Just cleaned washed the arms off (Don't mind color.... I was going to paint them so there is one painted a ****ty chrome color, one halfway stripped and the other two are just black.

Anyway this box is going out tomarrow with the following

Full set of arms
Spindles
All three Brake calipers (Disassembled)

I included a slip with the colors on it. Also marked them.

I talked to the guy about my frame and he said he sent it Saturday so hopefully I get it soon so I can gusset it and get it to you. That way I can start bolting stuff up.

Pappy I got the parts today and they look sweet.
I have two questions for you.

#1 when you take apart the calipers do you put new seals in? If you normaly do could you send me some back? I didn't mess them up but not sure what to do. (I think the manual always tells you to replace them)

#2 i can't remmeber:ermm:

You can reuse your seals as long as they are not cut or split etc.

I remmeber now. Do you have sell frame gaurds? If so how much are they. I might just make one, I have access to all the stainless steel and aluminum I want and the machines to do it, (Just not enough time lately to do it)

I have never ordered a set, I usually refer folks to C&D for that kind of thing.

But on a Z400, frame gaurds are a savior, the main frame tube follows the riders boot from the peg to the knee

I got my rear elka today. The only thing left is the frame and my +2 swinger and this baby is going back together. I can't wait. Then in a few weeks I am gonna top it off with the 440 kit.

Pappy, you got some Douglas Quadroks on their way to you. There will be some razrmx in the box also. Could you do your best to try and leave a polished lip on these? I would really appreciate it and am willing to pay more. It will really set the quad off when it's done. I sold those 4-1 offset bajas, I didn't like how narrow it was (Call me a dumb*$$) for buying them in the first place. I will get you a pic of what im looking for.

lol, ok thanks. These rims shouldn't be too bad beings they don't have that reinforcement ring. As far as the inside of the wheel goes, you can just shoot it all black, Im only worried about the outside lip being polished.

Pappy! How was breezewood. You might have my frame tomarrow. It shipped out today via ups and is coming from P.A Depending on what part of P.A. Could you look it over good when you get it and make sure everything looks good? Hopefully stripping won't take long. I can't wait.

Stripping is running 110% as of yesterday! I took 4 over today and waited for them! Between the 2 shops, I should be less then a day or two on getting frames done now so let's rock:macho

o gese.... what now? suppose to have no bends, cracks, nothin. And the pictures he showed proved that..... How bad is it?

it has 2 cracks that i can see on the bottom frame tubes

it has been cracked just about everywhere, lots of piss poor welding and repair jobs, gusset kit looks like farmer joe's job. IMO...if you paid more then $125 for this you still paid too much. The bottom tubes are dented.


IMO....throw on a new pc job, fix the cracks and sell this sucker on ebay.

Ok well this blows! Guess what? My frame will be shipped out tomarrow and I am done with this B/S and the guy I got this from is gonna hear it! You will have mine friday! I already gusseted it to use as a spare. but It looks like I have other plans. Can you take some pictures so I can show the guy and get some money back?

I can salvage this frame, but I wouldnt want you riding on it, MX etc. I will get pics in the morning when there is good light for ya. I will also not do anything until I hear from you on the frame etc.

nope. I think he is going to refund my money. All I need is some pictures. I told him I would pay to ship it back.
I have my frame sitting here in my room and I am printing out the shipping label now. I gusseted mine on my own... I am a certified welder...:) I think mine will look 100 times better than his. and I used a flux cored welder. Some may say:eek: just wait till you see these welds:D they are beautiful. Only downfall is a little splatter. but most of it came right off.

Dang. the dumpster would have been a better place for this frame. If you see anywhere or thing that should be done to my frame and have time to do it then go for it and I will pay you for it. My frame isn't perfect.. but it IS strong! I dented my tube on a big rock but have taken care of that matter. Actually that was the reason I wanted a "New frame". You'll see what I did. Thanks for the pictures.
