We did alot to my quad in a short amount of time here. We installed a 13.1:1 weisco piston, port and polished the head, and new over rev ignition.

Especially when my quad stalls and i try to restart it, it will pop and somethimes a I see a flash but not from the end of the pipe it comes from the front of my motor and then I have to let it sit for 2-3 minutes before it will start again. can anyone tell me what is goin wrong or if there is anything i can do to keep this from happening? ANY help will be appreciated

Sounds like you need a new exhaust crush gasket where the headpipe meets the head.
