sound testing in other areas?

Hey just wondering if there is anyother sound testing going on at other district tracks in the country. They are enforcing a 98db limit for district-23 in MN. But is there other areas that are enforcing the same rule or is it diffrent?

here in WI i was told at one mx track you had to 96dbs or lower.
now if thats the rules their then they dont enforce them to much. their probly isnt one quad their that is that quiet. theirs dirt bikes running around their no packing in the muffler and poeple with shorties. those are easly over 100dbs.
