What oil and oil filter do you use?

With so many options out there, and so many variations in price, I was wondering what everyone prefers.

From what I have read, sounds like synthetics oils are best. Any one better? Any to stay away from?

Do you think price reflects quality when it comes to filters? I would feel better about myself NOT having a reusable, but also cant justify spending double the price of a emgo on a k&n if there is no advantage. Just guaging opinions.

I use HP4 which is Honda's synthetic blend and OEM filters.

Amsoil Oil and Emgo Filters.

Castrol 4-stroke motorcycle oil (it's fine for a wet clutch) and Emgo oil filters.
