Using 250r brakes on Yfz

Whats with everyone switching to 250r brakes. are they better.

For the 04's 05's they have single pistons on the rear and the 250Rs have dual piston on the rears. That would be the reason that I could come up with. The brake fade on the 04/05s is bad when your racing.
