ok after screwing up my electrical system i have redoen it to were there are not wires or hookups for the lights as well as removed the voltage regulator

its gettign a very good spark will start 1st or second kick but smokes alot and wont stay running at idle i have a esr trx 6 kandn filter with airbox lid on, no snorkle have the hole plugged with the nacs plug, and boyesson rad valve, stock card, needle clip on third position, what main jet and slow jet should i use and i mixed this batch of gas at 3 ounces to 1 gal cause thats what my mechanic who lives threee hours away and cant help me here told me to run in it

any help appreciated would love to here fomr people who have the same or similar setup as me on their jetting

Take off the air box lid and try it again. Maybe the engine isn't getting enough air.

Will it run and stay running if you hold the throttle open a little?

yeah for a little bit but start smoking really bad and bogs and as soon as i let off it dies

Put the air/fuel screw to the stock position. The stock pilot jet is a 42, and stock main is a 152. Keep the stock pilot jet, but your main should be around 160 or so, depending on elevation. It sounds like it's too rich. Way too rich.
