400ex shocks?

hey i was just wondering what u guys think is that best shocks to get for my 400ex? an get just the front or front an rear?

Everyone has their preference, what style rideing are you doing- xc, mx dune or just trail ?
Elka has shocks for all aplications above, PEP shocks are great and Axis are among your better choices- if price is an issue- Works makes good shock or trx 450r shocks are a great upgrade for the front. You can have your rear shock re-valved by elka or GT Thunder and even Colby from C & D Racing, or you can purchase any of the above mentioned for the rear also- If I run elka in the front, I run elka in the rear- so on and so forth. It all depends how much $$$$ you want to spend. I spent nearly $3,000 for my long travel set-up from Elka.
