stuck in gear/any advice

I think the shifter fork is bent and Ive herd these are a somewhat common problem with the 05s dose anyone make one that is stronger than stock. Their is'nt any funny noise as long as it's in that gear otherwise sounds like a light clicking or grinding.

I just worked on a KTM that was stuck in gear.Turned out to be a peice of broken clutch plate stuck in the shifting mechanism.
