have you used it? if u have then its tied to yur vin and worthless to anyone else. if you havent then i may be interested.

the only time it is tied to the vin # is when you have the power program installed in the vehicle but if you put the vehicle back to stock settings the programmer can be used on any other designated vehicle.

I have used it but, it is not tied to my vin. I don't know if you are familiar with these things but, when you program the vehicle, it remembers the stock settings a save it in the programmer, so you can't use it on more than 1 vehicle....

Before I sold the truck, I returned it back to stock. So, it'll work on another..
