Mrtunes that is a CJ8 (scrambler) chasis. We are doing a complete restoration of it, we've got two. One is complete. We rock climb them. That one has a chevy 350 w/ auto trans. the other one has a 304 w/ 4 speed. Air lockers, with onboard air for air tools, finger throttle, warn 9000, rock bumpers and guards etc.

i wsh mine after i ride everytime and clean it good once a week and grease everything once a month i do clean it with a tooth bursh.....thats how i get bolts and nuts clean lots of wd 40, mothers polish,armor all, honda spray cleaner

That thing on screamin shee's bike is a toomy hush kit. Lowers the db output to about 89db(legal limit oregon dunes 93db) My LRD piped R barks out a little over a 100db :D I just havn't got caught:devil

wow, i wish my modded 250ex looked as clean as some of the ones on here........what do you guys use to get your rides so clean. i've been using a modified hose head and dawn soap to clean it and while the plastic looks nice, the metals look less than perfect. do most of you guys use pressure washers? we have one but unfortunately it is currently broken (the carb is probably trashed). do you guys use stuff like simple green?i worked really hard yesterday to clean the quads and they look better but they're still not as clean as some of the ones on here.

"Engine Brite" by gunk.. all over it ...
the stuuf even removes muddy films & cleans tires etc ..

then hose or power wash it down..(be carefulw/ power washer) ..then use the sponge *,soapy water..et cetc

**** ya can even WAX the powder painted pcs to help make it look real sweet!

what about armorall plastic wipes ? i heard that they arent good for quad plastics....

engine brite will NOT hurt plastic ,been using for years ...

but some degreaser like "power clean" may dull alil ,especially painted parts & aluminum pcs ..it dulls

not engine brite by gunk ..try it ..

Kenny, where do you get spray Nine from. I was recently working as a custodian at a school and that spray nine stuff takes off anything. Even Paint! They had a 35 gallon drum of it. I thought you could only get it commercially. So how did you get it?

How old am I? What the **** does that mean, IMS is Roll Design. Thats why if you buy a set of roll pegs like I have they say IMS on them also on the side. That sticker was given to me from Lenny Duncan, the owner of Duncan Racing. I live in Santee, Ca right next to Duncan Racing. Don't belive me about IMS call them at 619-258-6306. I went with a curtis sparks exhaust because I got it through a friend at dealer cost where as the fatboy system is $569. I feel it isn't as good, because it uses smaller head pipes (Dmc header pipes) than the x-6. I believe the x-6 is the best pipe on the market. The bike has the full duncan motor kit including the edelbrock carb. Before you try to talk trash, try asking me a question before accusing me of being a lia

Actually IMS has been around long before RollDesign,but maybe RollDesign and Duncan are working together just on those pegs,and also Duncan use's alot od "IMS" stuff.

Another (this is a REAL Duncan 440ex,and it has things we have,and so on,haha)

Call Duncan at 619-258-6306 the fat boy 4 headers are the dmc headers, the slip on is just different where it goes 2 into one right before the muffler instead of 2 the whole way. Trust me i'm at Duncan every other day and I know the owner (Lenny Duncan) pretty well now. They are located about 3 block away from my front door. That's why if you have the old duncan or dmc system you can buy just the slip on of the fatboy 4 to fit on those headers. They run the fatboy 4 instead of the old system because of so called, "buisness disagreements" between duncan and DMC that is what Lenny told me.

I think I'm pretty good been riding since I was 4 (on a 3 wheeler 70). But have moved on to bigger and better things. I primarily ride in the Dunes (glamis) and on my own private track.

its a 440 highly modified head bigger valves... alot of port work.. done by my dad... cams a webcam... i test alot off different ones... its 11:1 comp prolly 11.5:1 w/ shaved head stock stroke/crank/rod.. im painting the plastic lime green soon ill get pics of my chromed parts i put on today subframe, pegs, axle... my side cases are getting chromed right now.... lata any other info id be happy to reply thanks...

Its got 90mm JE 13:1 Fly Cut piston, 6mm stroker crank, FCR39 for gas, FCR 41 for alcohol, carillo rod, Web 463/9i cam, sparks heavy duty cam chain, 2mm oversize intake valves (serious fab work there I think...lol) 1mm oversize exhaust valves, Pingry Oil tank, a TON of portwork, I polished the cam cover last october...probably not still polished, the whole clutch system thing is made by hinson with their 8 plate setup...theres gots to be something else.....

how do u clean the oil tank really good? Its got oil on it and its real hard to get off. Could i use greased lightning and hose it off real good? and also the part of the engine by the footpegs and back behind that frame rail is hard to clean. How do I clean that?
