Idaho State Series~Pleasant Valley MX~~ Park Round 2

[QuadJunkies]

This wk end marked the 2 round of the Idaho State series.
This wk ends racing took place at Pleasant valley cycle park .

Sat racing was abit on the cold side with nasty wind Gusts threwout the day cuasing the track to dry out quickly and there was alot of dust and dirt clouds most of the wk end(as I am finding out now as I look at my pics dirty lense!)


While the minis wait for there race, the kids srill managed to find some dirt and sand to play in..

This track was one of the more technical tracks that the minis have raced MX on before. Its got dirt bike lips to them and the whoops are technical as well.
There is several dlbs. step up and downs and one step down dbl/triple. There was a few of the jumps a few of the minis didint feel good about hitting the 1st day that they did on the second,and some were OVERSHOOTING some like the Step down dbl. :huh

I wish I knew how to zoom in a pic, but if you loook REALLY carefully you can see where one rider wheelied over off the line!:eek: Rider was ok, it just wasnt his good luck day.

This is a hefty Step down dbl-triple. None of the quads including Pro were clearing it this wk end.

but some of he minis actually overshot it.. :eek2:
