I have a chrome LSR Swingarm with chips of chrome or nickle missing I don't know. I wanna know can u powdercoat it or what do I have to do so you can powdercoat it? please

The absolute best way is to have a chromer strip off the old chrome, however I have coated over bad chrome but can not garuntee it will last as long as a properly stripped part.
