houser steering stem

I am racing motocross and I am fixing to buy a houser steering stem and I was wondering what length I should get because they have,stock,plus 1,or plus two which is best for motocross and why?

i have a 04 450r.i ride a tracks more so than trails.i have a +1 stem.and i feel it's more comfortable,when standing to sitting.

i dont have a houser stem but mine is a +1 antivibe with dirt bike bars.very comfortable and much less strain on my arms.i ride trails and dirt pits
