For MX riding, I would say Custom Axis, Elka, or Pep. There are some people that say that Elka's are overrated, but they are the leading aftermarket atv shock company for a reason, and I can pretty much guarantee that more people will praise Elka than speak against them. That's why I am getting mine this week. I don't have any personal experience with Axis, so I really can't speak for them, but they are supposed to be amazing for MX. Same with Pep. There are questions with Pep's customer service (it takes a long time to get the shocks) but they are supposed to be great. I would say go with Pep in all honesty. They are, for the money, the best shock for racing that "isn't just what everyone else uses." Just my 2 cents. Do a "Pep" search on here. I have and everything I read was 100% positive excitement about Pep.

I have elkas and they're pretty nice. Good turnaround time and excellent customer service. I wouldn't want to wait for the peps though. I would give TCS a try, I've never heard a single complaint about them.
