i think that the nerfs and the bumper polish the best for me, but i dont have any billet parts. ill post pics of my oil tank when i get it (hopefully tomorrow)

you can also polish the top lid for the front brake resivourand throttle cover

you can polish the clucth and front brake lever very easily.Polish it with mothers aluminum polish it works great.

Chris does very very very good polishing!
i will post a pic of a polished grab bar,,,,,i didnt polish it,,,,,,,,,,but i did clear coat it and you cant even tell...........still very shiney.....will take a pic tomorrow and get it on here............
Chris, how well did the clear stick ? I wanted to clear my polished swingarm but everyone said the clear wouldnt stick......

Powdering aluminum is tricky cause of the oxidation........but it can be done......
you need a flouride source in solution cause it reacts quickly with the oxide and dissolves it leaving a pure "metal" surface for the powder to bond to.

What do you use to clean the aluminum on your engine? Like the head and case that is not painted or polished?
