tire pressure!!

I dropped the tires pressure in my rear mudlites down to about 3 1/2 psi and i was wondering should that give me abit better hook up or is that no good?

It will definitely give you better hook up, id go even lower I have friends that run 2psi in there mudder tires on sport quads.

Really yea like it seems like i could go lower but i was looking at my manual and it recommends like 4 to 41/2 psi so i didnt know how much lower i should go... i think i will try this for today and then maybe do some more tinkering after that...

I dont have mudder tires but I run 4psi in the rears and 8-9psi in the fronts. I dont think i'd go anylower in the rear cuz i'd probly end up bending the rims more than i allready do. I like the higher psi in the front it seems to handle better.

Dont worry about what the manual says, youre running a different tire than stock anyway. I run 3 psi all the way around. 2psi in a good mud tire works well.

Alright that makes sense yea i went out with 3 psi today in the rears and they hooked up really well so i think i will run that for abit...

i run four just so the tire doesn't flex too much. and run 5 up front.
