Houser balljoint removal ?

I have Houser LT a-arms and I want to remove the lower balljoints. I took the snap ring out on the bottom side of the lower a-arms and it looks like the balljoint should be pressed out the bottom. Anyone done this before and are there any tricks? Which way the the joints come out?

Just take the retaining clip out and put the arm on a block of wood and lightly tap it out of the bottom with a mallet or hammer..They will just slide out..shouldnt be real hard..and then with installing them kinda do the same thing, but grease the inside a little so it slides better..
