How to start an ATV Club?

Ok, I hope this is the right forum to post this. If not, point me in the right direction. First of all I am tired of the same old question of "Where to ride". I'm an adult and the people I ride with are too. We're usually the ones picking up the trash or shaking our heads when we see others abusing a good thing. However it's still hard to convince Land-owners to allow atv's (us) to ride on their property. So I want to look into starting an ATV club here in my area to be more professional when I approach Land-owners. Not only that, but I am sure if it grew to be successful (and not flounder as a joke) it would benifit all of us even more. So I'm asking you guys about some specifics. i.e. legal issues, contracts, waivers, anything and everything you guys can think of or offer!
