hey yall, new to the exriders.com board.. currently looking for a new quad. lookin at an 04 450R just wondering how much has changed between the 04 and the 06. thanx

Well, first of all welcome. Next, it's a whole different bike. Barely anything is the same. Higher compression, different suspension, almost completly redone from the ground up. I have a 2006 450er and love it. This thing really rips and it is bone stock. I don't even have the HRC kit yet and it is still mean. But I came from a 400ex.
