400ex jetting

i ran my 400ex today i put the needle in the 4th slot down (last slot) and i have a 155 main in and im getting a new exhaust i have no air box all i have is about a 6in tube conecting the filter to the carb and its making like a blubbble sound at high gear wat should i do?

wats your altitude??????.......... i live at 1500 feet and i run my clip 3rd down from top....... but thats a dyno jet......... you sound rich...... i wuld think ......... on your main..... culd partly be the needle though 2

my altitude is below 3000ft.
