ok you sent me 2 anti vibe inserts i think..Theres one set in the stem and theres on set on the bar mount.What one do i use Does it matter.

If your are refering to teh stem bushing (2 peice black plastic bushing) you only use 1. Remove your stock stem bushing and replace it with that black one. I must have thrown an extra in the box:ermm:

no its for the anti vibe bar mount i figured out the bushing part. Almost like i got 2 anti vibe bushing peices. (Not for the stem)
