LIKE WHEN A RIM SAYS THAT IT IS +3+2 OR +5+3 WHAT DO ALL OF THESE NUMBERS MEAN??

4+2 or 3+5 or whatever is the wheel's offset, meaning how much of the wheel is to the inside, and how much of the wheel is on the outside (basically how "deep" the wheel is). Let's take a rear wheel for example, commonly 8" wide. If you have a 3.0+5.0 rear wheel, that means 3" of the wheel is on the inside whereas 5" are on the outside, meaning the wheel would stick out further. On a front wheel, let's say you have a 2.0+4.0 and a 4.0+2.0. The 2+4 would make the quad wider since more of the offset is to the outside of the hub.
