my 400 bogs real bad in high rpm like 1st -5th i think i might need to rejet i have 155 in it now what should i do?

Bogging at 3/4 - WOT, under load, is a sign of a rich main jet.

I say it's rich. I see you have a dynojet kit. Did you follow their instructions? If not hit their website.

my main jet wasnt even hooked up so it just fell out when i tried to change the jets out and now it runs like a champ. thanks every one for your help!
