Does it come with the handlebar clamps? If so, what size? 7/8 or 1 1/8? Thanks.

I am not including the clamp, when I ran it for the couple hours I had it I just used my stock clamp.

Will you inlcude rubber bushings, washers, and bolts that were used to adapt the stock clamps?

rubber bushings and washers will be included but I sold my stock bar clamp with the other bolts in them. There is nothing to getting a longer bolt, I just went to my local hardware shop.
