We're paying 115 cents per litre in Northern Ontario . Works out to somewhere around the $5 a gallon mark . We outta start keeping the oil we produce from the tar sands in Alberta and give Canadian citizens a break , instead of shipping it away !!!:macho

the netherlands takes taxing away on other things, ie property tax and puts it all on gas so you dont have as many taxes on a lot things, rather just on one...

its logical

but is the venezualan money (or peso) worth the same amount as the american / canadian? when i was in Cuba last month, they had a cuban tourist peso, and the cuban citizen peso, the tourist peso worked out to be 24 of the citizens peso. the tourist peso is equal to the american dollar, and gas there (unleaded) was .60 cents per litre (citizen pesos) .. so go figure. if you can understand anything that i just wrote.

All of the prices were converted to represent the equivelent to American dollars.
