ive heard from some people that you can put raptor shocks on a 300ex without many mods. is this true if so what mods and will it affect the ride hight?

ive never heard of putting the front's on but i had a rear on my old 300 and it worked great and was a direct bolt on. but it have to be off and 01 cuz it has the remote rez.

so its a direct bolt up but does it affect the ride hight in the back. also i made a typo i no the fronts wont fit there to big i think.

it is one inch shorter then stock but you dont notice a thing and it works 10x better then stock.

this might be a dumb question but what makes it better then the stock one.

it has a rezy witch is a plus, it is alot harder to bottom out ect...

Yea i was suprised how much of a difference there is from the stock shock. When i'm not sittin on my quad the ride height is alil high but when my big *** sits on it, it is perfect. Its not tippy at all. every since i put my +2+4 axle and +2 burgard a-arms i have not tipped it up on 2 wheels.
if you were talking about the front they wont fit. their the same length as the yfz. about 16 inches eye to eye. you would need a relocater for the front

Back when put one on my 300, great stuff, cheap mod just needed a couple of washer spacers.

We are talking about the 01' 660 raptor rear shock...this is the only one that will work...Jeff(tireballs) and Bradley300 came up with it years ago.
i looked for 1 on ebay and i put in "01 raptor shock" and all that came up was warrior shocks are they the same shocks for the raptor and warrior
