what kind of paint is best to use 2 paint frame, and other 4wheeler parts? or do u send the parts somewhere or wat?

Send your parts to Pappy at BK Performance. Its not paint, it's powdercoat and it holds up better. Its not too expensive and will do better than your stock painted frame.

I bought my 450 from a guy that got the frame done by pappy and belive me his work is "TOUGH". My dad tried stripping the frame with air craft cleaner and the pc wouldnt buge. He actually has my frame now , im getting it redone shimrin candy blue :)

Powder Coating is the most viable option for "Painting" most atv parts. I do all my work here, I only send teh frames to a local company to have them stripped, I proudly do all my own work.

do u have a list of all the colors by any chance? And saw i wanted like everything i could get paint done (frame, subframe, swing arm, a-arms, nerfs, grab bar, etc) how much would it be, an estimate. Also, wats subframe?

These two threads should give you most of the info you need for colors/pricing.

Subframe is just the back half of your frame just under the seat. Some are removable on certain quads others aren't.
