I have ruined 2 stock air filters during cleaning. The material at the base of the filter cracks through. I have owned MANY bikes, and have never ruined a filter during service. I am going to buy a twin air, or uni, if they are available.
Is anyone else having trouble with the stock filter?

The filter is cracking at the black base ring, that seals to the airbox.

My stock filter did the same thing. I called uni and within 8 days had 2 more. But to get my riding in I superglued the cracks back together and made due. :D

Do you have them in stock? Do you use a different clamp or stock?
