bumper problem/please help

ok lets do this agin. i have a 1986 250r/nothin stock but the frame. i wanted to know if the 400 ex bumpers will fit, i need a pro armour xc racing bumper you know the big basher bumper lol,they do not make this model for the R,
well if eny1 has eny idea on if it will fit please inform me thanxs

not 100% sure. but you can make anything fit with a lil heat and a big hammer.

I got a DG 450R bumper to fit my 89 with a vice a hammer and a crowbar bit of heat looks sweet in the end... i dont have a good pic now and im at work but if you want another just ask....

the key was to just take your time doing a litte bend at a time... the bolt patterns almost the same just wider on the 450R so you just gota bend them in and a bit closer top to bottom

do you think i would i beable to just put some washers in between them to fill in the gaps

its like a 1" to 2" gap

so i dont think you could use washers

you could make some taped spacers or something but if you ever use your bummper its gona bend realy easily if you put spacers.
