o2 xr 650 engine

i have a very tight 02 650 electric start engine from a xr 650,i have everything to make a turn key ,wiring,controls,pipe,carb.
the engine has 1300 miles on it very clean.
1400.00 shipped
these work great in 450r/400ex frames,top end out the roof.
great torque.
dont have the time to do another conversion,if needing a ex frame i also have one of them..
