Generally they have a different color scheme, like black with navy blue flames, and black frame.

used... in ontario a 2004 yfz sells for 7,000 yet the blue book value is only 5,500... a raptors about 4000-5000....
and im sure as hell not paying 7,000 for a 04 yfz.

i like my raptor if you mxyou wont like a raptor but if you trail ride or dunes or drag you will love them i am in a rebuild right now

You don't have to pay $7000 ..... you can buy mine for $6800 or best offer . :devil: And I guarantee you , it's in showroom condition and has a few extras !!!!!:)
My buddy just sold his 01 Raptor , beat to hell , for $4000 .... so $6800 for a YFZ that has about 15-20 hrs on it and hasn't been used in 2 years is a good deal . Brand new is $9799 .

Yes, the Limited Edition Raptors are the same as the other but with a different color scheme. I believe there wasn't as many of them produced with those colors as the regular colors, but I could be wrong about that.
The local Yamaha dealer was selling the LE for the same price as the regular models when I went to buy my '05.

I wish I would have waited & gotten an 06' LE. I got white & its ok, but yellow & black would be better. As for the craptor/450 comment............the new 700 raptor has no shortage of arm pulling power.

actually, i do mx and i love my rappie. but then again, it has a completely diferent suspension. 90% rider! good build btw, turning out very good!

as for the raptor700 being scarey.............no, its not scarey, but then again, I am no stranger to danger.

i can understand that since they redid the raptor pretty much and they now have fuel injection.
