Anti- vibe stem, double denton steering stabilizer setup, and fasst flex bars. If they make percision stabilizers for a 250r, then get one of those instead of the double denton setup.

ok that sounds a good combination, i will not race mx any more mostly fast trails and dunes. is there a better ( not as expensive )combination for that type of riding?

Well it depends on how bad your wrist problem really is. If it is REALLY bad, then I would not go any less that what I mentioned. If its not too bad, you could get away with not buying the flex bars.

probably your rigth, my wrist was left with about 60 % of its movement. upward and downward still hurts and its about 30º from horizontal to the out side is ok and inside is none.
sooooo i'll consider your advise.

i was planning on getting just the antivibe raisers and faast handlebars from roxspeed but i dont think that that (????) would do it for me
