yah $3000 sounds about right but you should keep the recon still. theyre kinda just stealing your recon. I mean an 01 is pretty old you know, especially for a quad. just think about it

I've yet to ride a DS in the dunes. But I have rode one in 400 mile Desert race in Henderson, Nevada. Except for the off camber stuff, that quad fit the bill for that race, which is the same as almost all desert races

It's a desert race quad, that was their intention, did you wander why they put out the Baja model. It does GREAT in desert.
