How do you get the one screw on the left right next to the choke off off a 250ex? I allready got the one on the right side but the lef side????????IM stumped:confused:

another prob were does the main jet go (stupid ?) but the main jet (dyno instruc.) is like 1 inch long?wtf

The main jet is on another jet how do i get it out and replace it w/ a dyno.

once you get the carb torn apart you will see where it goes. the stock one looks exactly the same as the dyno

Thing is that when i go 2 screw out the main jet a longer jet comes w/ it and i cant screw the main jet out. it has that little collar around it but i do were the main jet is

c'mon some ones gotta know?
I cant unscrew the main jet off of the other jet at the bottom.
What can i use to get the main jet off?
Anymore help is appreiciated.

it'll come apart. just give it some elbow grease. try using a screw driver on the jet and a pair of plyers and a wrench or something on the long jet. just make sure you dont damage the long jet at all.

Umm i scatched the top of the long jet from using plyers to get the main jet out. Does that matter?

as long as its not squished at all and there isnt any damage by the holes or inside of it you should be fine. just dont tighten the new one as tight as the stocker. that way if you have to do it over again all you will need is a screwdriver.
